Yes. We handle 100% of the submission process. We prepare the architectural drawings, engineering stamps, and city paperwork. You do not need to speak to the HOA.
Design and permitting typically take 2-4 weeks (depending on your HOA). Once we break ground, most structural projects are completed in 3-5 weeks.
We use specialized, vetted trade partners who have worked with us for years. However, an Iconic Project Manager is on-site to supervise quality control. We do not “hand off” your project.
We work on a milestone basis. A deposit secures your place on the schedule and covers materials. Progress payments are made only when specific construction milestones are met.
