How long does a standard patio project take?

Most patio covers and outdoor structures take 2–4 weeks from the first day of construction to the final walkthrough. The timeline depends on the size of the build, material lead times, and whether HOA approval is needed before we break ground. You get a firm schedule during the design phase and daily updates once construction starts.

It depends on the feature. For decks, composite like Trex holds up better than wood because it won’t warp, splinter, or fade in the sun, and it stays low-maintenance year-round. For patio covers and fire features, we build with masonry, natural stone, and heat-rated materials that hold their color and don’t crack in direct heat. During design we walk you through the options for your specific project and how each one handles our climate.

Yes. We manage the full HOA and permit process for you, from engineering and drawings to submittals and approvals. A lot of our work is in HOA communities like Cinco Ranch, Bridgeland, Sienna, and Riverstone, so we already know what each association looks for. You don’t have to chase paperwork; we handle it start to finish.

Yes. We offer financing on larger projects so you can spread the investment out instead of paying it all upfront. Ask about it during your consultation and we’ll show you what’s available.
